Postsurgical Endonasal Activator

  • For nasal reconstructions in cleft lip surgery and in all types of primary or secondary rhinoplasties, septoplasties and rhinoseptoplasties. Designed using up-to-date 3D modelling techniques by maxillofacial surgeons experienced in nasal reconstruction.
  • Recommended for maxillofacial, ENT and plastic procedures.

  • The activators are available in 14 different sizes, adapted to the age and the nasal morphology of the patients.
  • The design of the activator involved surgeons specialized in nasal reconstruction.
  • The activator helps to keep the nostrils and the septum in a natural position after surgery and allows immediate nasal breathing. Wound healing is supported by the direct contact between the high-quality silicon of the activator and the scars.
  • The activator is self-sustained and does not require any fixation devices such as tapes!
  • When in position, the activator is fully inserted in the nasal cavities and is practically invisible. The activator is also available in a neutral light brown color.
  • We use only high quality western-produced silicon in order to lower the risks of trauma on the scars during the insertion of the device and minimize the occurrence of allergic reactions.
